I really wanted to love this chandelier but after many problems we may have to return it and limit our losses which come with the top bracket can't screw in tight enough , so that the bracket is flush with the wall. Also, the instructions are useless, it's just a bunch of pictures pointing to different light elements. So you have to do a lot of guessing to make sure you're using the right parts if you haven't done it multiple times. You will definitely need a ladder and/or two people to install the chandelier. 2) The rods that the light hangs on are very flimsy, they will fall off if you overtighten them and may bend when they come out of the box. 3) We too when the lamp housing is completely gone, so we either try to replace the housing or send the entire lamp back, which requires disassembly and repackaging (nightmare). Overall the light is great, but it needs some serious thought as to how it's designed.
