I have several Cuisinart products. I love the quality and performance of many Cuisinart devices. I bought this model for the presence of hot water. For the first week, I heard a clicking sound after the coffee was brewed. I asked a question about anxiety in the forum for this product. There was little response. This morning the brewing process just didn't start, although the hot water function still works. I went through the cycles of the return process. After running through the tires to figure out an issue with the technology, I was sent to a Cuisinart representative. Note: If asked for a serial number, this is located on the underside of the machine. Bad design and very difficult to read. We had to turn the device upside down with a dispenser filled with water to give her water. Water flowed everywhere. This woman was condescending and disrespectful. She kept talking to me. Bad service and bad product this time.
