Looks and feels quite heavy. I like the idea of how it was designed. When force is applied, the leash not only tightens around the object to which it is attached, but after being pulled as tight as possible, the jaws tighten. This way you don't have to rely on spring tension or have to manually drive the jaws into the object. It's easy, clip and go. My only concern is that the object, say a branch, is small enough to fit in the jaw. As soon as it contracts and penetrates the jaws, it will be interesting to remove it from the limb. Obviously, the answer is don't use an object that's too big, but what if that's the only thing you need? Either way, fantastic design. I love that it has so many colors. I chose orange for clarity.
