Not for everyone. This stuff was awful the first time I used it. Mixing mixes, trying to tape them around my earpiece and then slipping them in my ear to make them fit my ear. Then the material slips off and you don't get a good fit. Ugh! BUT WAIT. If you have a drill, you can get better headphones. Cut out the part where you will form the lining. Just stick it on your ear. Let it dry for a day and then drill a small hole to allow the sound to enter the ear canal about halfway to the kidney. Then drill a hole slightly smaller than the earbud speaker. Make sure this hole goes through the hole you just drilled in the ear canal. Then boom! The perfect listener!
