Extremely accurate on handheld GPS

I had to do a land survey when one of my neighbors told me part of my fence line was on his side of the property. Of course I bought this item and found the GPS coordinates of the fence line and was able to show my neighbor that he was wrong. and on top of that I measured his 10 acres for him9 the surveying of the big country is very expensive!
