Cheap handheld GPS

It's not possible to get mobile cartographers off the chips. This unit is not perfect. But if you want base latitude and longitude, this will work.

My laptop doesn't recognize GPS

I connected GPS to my laptop and it wasn't recognised. There were no instructions in the kit so I will most likely return if the seller cannot resolve the issue.

How easy it is to catch a satellite. A+

Sent to the Caribbean to measure land area. This amazing GPS Navigator will instantly find a satellite and start tracking in the middle of nowhere! Absolutely said +++

We do not have GPS, finders and accessories

Based on our experience we have taken out property line insurance. Unfortunately, this does not accurately display the correct Latitude/Longitude. Perhaps ours was defective, but we opted for a much more expensive model (Garmin 64xTopos).

Returned: GPS, Locators & Accessories

I wouldn't say they were all like that, but this one was about a mile longitude and latitude from him. I live at 4,000 feet and they say I'm at 600 feet. It was a nice device and would have been convenient to use. I have a feeling this was an accident and not representative of others.

Extremely accurate on handheld GPS

I had to do a land survey when one of my neighbors told me part of my fence line was on his side of the property. Of course I bought this item and found the GPS coordinates of the fence line and was able to show my neighbor that he was wrong. and on top of that I measured his 10 acres for him9 the surveying of the big country is very expensive!

It leaves a gap on the Angel and measures

I tested this device in an empty parking lot and measured parking spaces at an angle. I started at an end point, then walked along the park line, crossed the line opposite the parking lot directly in front to get enough clearance, then came back on the other side and finally went to the original stake out point. Imagine a parallelogram with no ends since it is a parking lot entrance. I noticed the screen shifting to accommodate the corners and when I finally got to the starting point there was…

This is one of my favorite devices I've ever owned and here's why.

This is a VERY easy to use device, it actually comes with no instructions. It has two functions: it measures the length of the path you walk/drive/ride, or it measures the AREA you walk/drive/ride. You need to set the time in UTC and then + or - for your location. Example: Houston, Texas is UTC-5. Now all log files have day/month/year and then the time.
