Helps spray through carburetor cleaner to remove some of the paint from the ratchet. Works well if you spray PB Blaster on it and leave it on, then turn the ratchet by hand for a while to loosen it. If you work on it, it works very well. Make sure the handle is tied or secured after installation, otherwise trailer vibration will cause it to "unwrap" and loosen.
