Works good for Windows, doesn't work for Mac (for me)

Hi I bought this hoping my laptop would have the clean look it needs. One cable goes to the laptop to use for my peripherals and display. I hate watching cables and this is a must for me. It's a bonus if I can also dock my work laptop (16" MacBook Pro). The MacBook Pro doesn't work in any way for display, although it connects all my peripherals. My personal laptop is a Razer Blade 14 (2021) and that works great for this I have all four usb ports in use, one is connected to a usb hub in my monitor I have an ethernet connected to a gigabit switch (doesn't get gigabit speeds, explain later.) I have a displayport connected to a 1080p monitor at 240hz the last part hurt me with ALL the docks i have tried in the past month i have bought almost $800 worth of docking stations all but this one disconnects from time to time Connection to display or USB device. The only solution for these docking stations was to plug my monitor directly into my laptop. This dock has not dropped connections so far en and allowed me to get 1080p240 with RGB support. Because of this, Ethernet and all USB ports are slower. transfer rate, I can connect directly to my laptop when I need this feature. Overall, this is the only dock that suits my situation out of the five I've tried. I really wish the display would even work with my MacBook Pro.

Pros
  • Many will fit
Cons
  • Obsolete model
