I was part of the project team for two years. The project was a major overhaul of the corporate website and was also linked to other corporate apps like CRM, ATS etc.The UI was a big challenge. The project manager was new and it took a while to understand her requirements. There were many changes, some minor and some quite major re-writes.The project was successful but there were delays in some parts but those were more of the project manager's personal and technical issues as opposed to the company's own faults. I like their way of thinking about everything from social media posts all through out website design for our clients in both domestic markets (UK) as well international marketplaces! Their team are always very helpful when it comes down to helping us understand how certain things work e.g., analytics etc - they're also great at explaining what works best online/offline too which helps you see where your strengths lie so then take advantage of those areas more often than not :).
