I was part of the project team for two years. The project was a major overhaul of the corporate website and was also linked to other corporate apps like CRM, ATS etc.The UI was a big challenge. The team is great! They are very committed towards their work quality as well in timely manner delivery for us - our customers- which helps them build long term relationships over years together within this domain/sector where they operate from India office too (we have multiple offices around world). Nothing so far but would like more focus at times during some campaigns when there were few issues coming up & hence not able enought resources got allocated by management side who should be doing

I liked how they have been able to adapt their services for different industries by using technology or just traditional methods as well! The customer service was great too! It's hard not having all your employees in one place but from what i heard it sounds like its going good so far? And yes there is an app you can download if anyone needs help when away at work etc which makes life easier!!
