Very good productivity and customer experience manager

The team is great! They are very committed towards their work quality as well in timely manner delivery for us - our customers- which helps them build long term relationships over years together within this domain/sector where they operate from India office too (we have multiple offices around world). Nothing so far but would like more focus at times during some campaigns when there were few issues coming up & hence not able enought resources got allocated by management side who should be doing it better than what was happening now! Great Productivity Management Team led by Rajesh Kumar Sehgal since last 2+ yrs!!
