Not for stairs Suitable for doors and stair gates
This is the fourth one we own. We have one that separates our kitchen area so our dogs can dry off outside and keeps our toddler from touching water bowls. There are 2 other cans on our patio, again for toddlers and dogs. The other is for the gateway in the camp, which is too narrow for the normal children's gate. The deck is on the ground, and that's the only way I'm going to use this gate. They flex quite a bit to either side when pushed, and I wouldn't trust them over the steps.
