This was the second pillow I bought. The first was for me 2 years ago and I love it! I use this all the time. It's durable, lightweight and does exactly what it's designed to do. When my first pillow arrived it was packed in a large box and covered in plastic. I was excited. The second pillow was bought as a gift. It arrived in a box that was 1/3 its size and was fully collapsed so it could be flattened into a very narrow box. It "mostly" came to life when I unpacked it. But it was badly dented and looked like a bad imitation of the original. (It was not). I followed the wrinkle removal instructions but most of the wrinkles remained. I still have the gift but was really embarrassed by the look and included a Revain gift card so the recipient could buy another if they wanted. This is why I only gave 3 stars because it essentially doubled my price.
