The best third-party joysticks I've tried are quite ergonomic. The buttons are very similar to the original joysticks, which I like. Based on micro switch instead of membrane, light pressure with good precise feeling. The analog sticks are taller and larger, with a greater range of motion, zero drift in terms of OOB, and just as accurate. They probably won't have the same drift problem because I don't think they are based on graphite contacts like the Nintendo joycons. It comes with a detachable charging cable, which was nice.
