I bought this little zip to see if it would help reduce mosquitoes in my apartment. It's such a time of year and every time I open the door about 25 tiny bloodsuckers come out to threaten me and usually turn my body into a pincushion. I already feel anemic. Anyway, I liked the description of this zapper and the fact that it's USB rechargeable and easy to clean. You should be able to wash it off with water. Too bad I can't test this feature considering the zapper only killed ONE bloody mosquito in 3 days. Statistically, considering how many times I've opened the doors, there should be at least 50 little jerk bodies on the rails. Current score: Death by Zapper - 1 Death by my hands - 15 The current number of skeeters still living in the house is enough to hear a constant howl. I contacted the manufacturer because they sent me an email expressing their desire to fully satisfy the customer. I explained my situation, explained that I'd read the instructions multiple times to make sure I understood how to use the item properly (and folks, that's not fucking rocket science) and was told that I might need more zips for the size would have to buy in my apartment and try to place the zapper in as dark a place as possible. They also offered me a $3 discount. something not specifically mentioned in order not to give a bad review. Sorry guys, this costs more than the ubiquitous $3 offer. My apartment is small. Zapper has been in total darkness 3 nights in a row. The only available light source. Not a single beetle was seen hydraulically fracturing except for a lone tiny mosquito. The only good thing I can say is that the device is rechargeable and cute. But I didn't buy any table decorations. I bought a death machine and I still haven't seen my enemies fried crisp and heard their wives' wails. I'm still being attacked and no relief. In short, the thing is complete junk and I'm sending it back.
