This is a roll of parchment paper for baking. The roll is 13” wide by 164’ long. It comes on a heavy cardboard tube inside a cardboard dispensing box. The cardboard has a row of metal teeth for cutting the paper. The paper is unbleached. It was made in China.I find this paper works quite well for baking. Now that it is Christmas season, I am baking practically every day. This paper has worked well for my pastry recipes, especially the sticky ones. Oil soaks through the paper and stains it a little, but the paper keeps the sticky stuff under control so it doesn’t stick and burn to the pan. The sticky stuff also releases from the paper quite easily when it’s ready to serve. The paper seems to be about as thick as other parchment papers that I have used. I really like the fact that it is unbleached. Overall, this is a good choice for a baking pantry item.
