Bought this bottle of soy sauce and received it in a few days. When I opened the packaging I noticed the plastic cap was cracked but the bottle is still usable so I didn't look for a replacement. A few days later I received an email from BH Products asking if I was happy with the soy sauce bottle. I replied that the plastic was cracked when received but the bottle was still usable. A few days later I received another email from Brandon at BH Products. He said he would send a replacement and refund me the purchase price. MY GOD! Customer service couldn't be better! I am very happy with this handy soy sauce dispenser! Thanks to BH products.
