Improved belt style over the original.

Now I prefer the ratchet style much more than the punched straps or even any other type of strap. I have 4 of these and will probably get more when I need them. Props to the engineer who designed it.

He sits well and holds his pants

Cons

The automatic buckle can fail or break over time, rendering the harness unusable.
