Review on 🔧 Chrome Delta RP50587 Small Single Handle Valve Cartridge for Improved SEO by Terrence Castillo

I purchased this valve from Revain on 24th January 2016. My old valve leaked so badly that every time I turned off the water I had to make sure the knob was in the neutral center position or the water would keep dripping. It got pretty annoying. My new valve solved the problem, but less than a year later it's starting again. I took the time to read some of the previous reviews and found that Delta will replace the valve for free. Their customer service number is 800-345-3358. They were very kind and understanding and I think this is a common problem for some of their pickers. They asked for my faucet's product/model number but I told them it wasn't stamped on the top at all, probably somewhere under the sink. But the valve itself is part number 50587, and that information was enough for them. They send a new one, send me a tracking number and it will be here in 7-10 days. You can't beat a service like this. But as far as I remember, 3 or 4 years ago the faucet was over $200. It's a simple valve install and you don't have to go under the sink other than turning off the water before you start. Hope this saves someone money.
