This product provides excellent light projection where you need it - day and night! Safety is my primary concern when driving and this light increases that margin of safety. It emits a light that draws the attention of everyone behind you. The multiple flash settings give you the ability to set the type of attention you want - day or night. My only downsides are wanting to extend the battery life and add an extra light strap to my purchase. The lamp has two mounting options: on a strap or on a clip. I can foresee that the strap [although made of tuff] will loosen and/or break over time. Therefore, a second backup is the solution.
