To install this product you will need to cut into the vehicle's factory wiring. If you know the wiring and are comfortable with wiring, this will be VERY easy to install. It's literally a plastic disc with an LED strip placed behind a darkened or tinted clear plastic cover. It mounts into the existing factory spare tire mounts and then into the stock fireflies in front of it. The open portion of the wheel design allows either the red LED glow or the translucent diodes to show through. The more solid your wheels are, the less they show the round diodes themselves, but they are bright and I'm sure you'll get at least a glow around the tire. I recommend using a piece of double-sided tape or a similar adhesive to attach the drive to the replacement bracket. Otherwise, it's so light it wobbles until you put a wheel in front of it, making installation a bit more difficult. 100% satisfied customer.
