Fantastic dual timer. Easy to program. I've used it with no problems and just ordered another one. It independently turns on/off two elements for my aquarium. Two programming points that could have been better in the instructions: 1. Both timers have 8 on/off programming slots. You can program each to affect only Timer 1, only Timer 2, or both Timers 1 and 2. There are not 8 program slots for each timer. So if you want each timer to do something different, program slot 1 for timer 1, slot 2 for timer 2, and so on. A lot of reviewers here are confused by this and think they can't program both timers independently.2. After you've set the timers and connected your devices, press Mode until they're "all on" or "all off" depending on whether you want your devices to be on or off at that exact time, then press again For example, if you turn on a light that you want to turn on immediately, and you've programmed it to turn on immediately, press "Mode" to "All On" " and then "Mode" again to "Auto". "If you just put it in "Auto Mode" and don't toggle the mode to any on/off state, the timer won't affect the connected device until the next time the clock is programmed Time Reached UPDATE November 2018: Eight months later i noticed that if i tripped over or moved the timer it would work/turn on quickly it never stopped working but i contacted the seller they said it was 15 months Guarantee they sent a replacement straight away to be honest i would still buy this timer even if i had to replace it from time to time the price is very affordable and the functionality really surpasses any other digital timer available.
