I am 52 years old and have knee problems. I couldn't punch with one or two legs because of my sensitive knee. I was able to drive 30 minutes and only adjusted the last time. I'm 5'10", 180 lbs. I went for a medium size because I wanted it to fit snugly around the hips. It held up very well when rolling.
