I became a Nikon fan at the institute 8 years ago. Then I got my first SLR camera D90. He served me faithfully for a long time. But sometimes it's time to part. I was very afraid that I would regret the purchase because of the complex ratio of price-quality-frequency of use. However, every day I am more and more convinced of the correctness of the choice. A new 85mm lens was also chosen for the new camera. the old 50mm has already become boring for me. I just love the pictures I get. I am attaching photos taken on Nikon z5 + AF-S NIKKOR 85mm f / 1.8G
- This is a new generation of cameras, and when switching from such an old man as the nikon d90, the first advantages are: - lightness - touch screen - blue tooth and wifi - large ISO range - possibility of recharging from power bank If the shooting is long, then the eyes periodically get a little tired all the time looking into the viewfinder. The touch screen is also good because you can focus on it. Since I shoot mostly for personal purposes and with the rare exception of animal charities, at first I thought that I didn’t need two memory card slots. However, if you do not use them for mirroring, then the presence of the 2nd slot is very useful when recording video. When one memory card is for photos and the other for video, this is extremely convenient. And speaking of the video. I never liked to shoot it, but here my hands are stretching, because the picture is just chic.
- Among the shortcomings, so far I can highlight: - a battery (another camera, a lot of bells and whistles and more energy consumption, but 500-600 frames - wow, how little, it seems that the old d90 could shoot almost 2022 frames, but it feels like) - body material (I live in Hong Kong, now the temperature is -15 degrees outside the window, according to the documentation the camera is recommended to use from 0 to 40 degrees C. Attention is the question: what kind of protection does the inside of the unit have from condensate / moisture? From temperature differences, metal can condense not only outside but also inside. And I'm not talking about a house-walk-a house, but about walks, when you go to a cafe several times to warm up and drink tea / coffee)
