Review on Nikon 1649 Camera Body Black by Seo Jun ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A wonderful product, its nice to use.

The adapter works great with Nikon F AF-S lenses. The stub, if present in the lens, works together with the camera stub, it all focuses quickly, but (!) If you have an older lens where focusing with a screwdriver, then it will become manual . There is no screwdriver in FTZ! Yes, a matrix stub will work with manual optics, but autofocus will only work with AF-S lenses. You also need to look if you have a tamron, MB you will need lens firmware. Take third-party glasses with you before buying (and ate the firmware beforehand). I would also like to see kit: Z5+FTZ+Nikkor Z 24-70/f4. Bottom line: Nikon Z5 is a very successful camera. Despite the fact that it is positioned as an amateur, it has everything you need for shooting, and even more than what an amateur needs. The characteristics are pleasing in that they sacrificed almost nothing for the sake of cost. Photos from the camera - compressed jeeps by SnapBridge

Pros
  • The Z5 came to me after several years of shooting with the D610. I also shot on mirrorless cameras and, in general, the choice was to upgrade the old D610 to D780 or to Z5. After D610, you just get high with this mirrorless camera: - matrix stub - transfer photos directly to your smartphone - the weight! - the size! (not to the detriment of grip) - touch screen - focus picking or whatever) - focus on the eyes of people / animals - shutter speed 1/8000 - two slots for memory cards Secure Digital (SD, SDHC, SDXC with support for UHS-II interface) At the same time, the battery lasts sooo long and you can shoot by charging from a power bank) A full charge was enough for me for a couple of days of filming, while actively using both the screen and the viewfinder, taking JPG + RAW photos, a little video, and then throwing it off via Wi- Fi on a smartphone. Before the battery was completely discharged, I took about 1600 photos. I don’t know if I had a bug or a feature on the D610, but the white balance was disgusting, everything is as it should be on the Z5, even light sources with different temperatures are transmitted correctly in the picture! Focus over the entire field of the frame usually determines the object correctly, it is aimed quickly. Tap on the screen allows you to immediately focus on the right place and take a picture, and then also tracks this object. The SnapBridge app for shooting control is convenient. I used the competitor’s application, there was only a “Take a photo” button, for all the settings I had to run to the camera. With Nikon, all the main shooting parameters are changed in the application itself, very convenient! I won’t say that it’s cool, since in the modern world everyone should have it by default. In comparison with the D780, the choice was made on the Z5, because. Z5 is cheaper, lighter and has a matrix stub :)
Cons
  • - The screen would rotate more - No built-in flash (I'm not critical at all) - The burst speed is only 4.5 fps or 9 fps in 2 seconds :) not very fast for reporting and sports, but in most situations it will do. - Matrix without backlighting (in terms of noise it is similar to the D610, which is generally good, because the D610 is not noisy, but knowing this aspect is annoying :)
