I've had many Spigen cases in the past and this one stays true to itself. It gets the job done with minimal effort and feels thin in the hand and pocket, which was very important to me. However, like many others, I was intrigued by Samsung's official leather case and ordered it to try (on Samsung's website). I ignored the number of reviews mentioning that the damn thing wouldn't stick and figured it must be a reviewer's mistake or something and that it couldn't and couldn't happen to me. Unfortunately, just a day after I put it on my phone, simply opening the phone caused the edges of the case to come loose, which never happened with the Spigen. This is a great case and I really liked the smell and feel of the leather, although it feels a little slippery than the Spigen just doesn't hold it securely enough to justify the cost. So I'm sending this back to Samsung.TLDR, stick to what you know and you'll be happy, and in this case it's Spigen.
