Okay, this might be one of the best pedometers I've ever used. I count my miles with my car's odometer and the odometer is pretty accurate. I keep it in my jean watch pocket. Mileage is counted in kilometers and converted to miles is accurate. The clamp is strong and requires some force (for me) to use, but I like it. It measures kilocalories, steps and distance (in km). I haven't watched youtube videos to learn how to work as I'm happy with it the way it is. If I had read the included instructions in full I might have known how to change the distance from kilometers to miles, but that's not a problem for me. My dog and I go for a walk every day and I have found this meter to meet my needs.
