Requires bottom screws instead of screwing them to the sides of 2.5 " drives
The 1" width needed to securely fit the drive into the 3.5" To fit slot is 3.5 inch full width and you need your 2.5 inch drive to have screw holes on the bottom. This doesn't work at all for 2.5" drives without holes on the bottom.
