Poor unusable product

I just opened it up to use as I had to live with my family for health reasons. I have an Apple iPhone max and an Apple iPad and the connector that goes into the iPhone and iPad is so lost it won't stay on and connect. It is listed for Apple and will not fit properly and will fall out. Very disappointed with the description and the fact that it doesn't work and I'm stuck with a $21 item that is junk.
