Got this for my daughter for her third birthday and she loves it. As a DSLR owner, I was a bit unhappy with the low megapixel count, but for a three-year-old it really doesn't matter. The only thing I'm REALLY deducting a star for is the shutter lag. At least a full second elapses between the time you press the shutter button and the camera takes the picture. This means she's trying to see the photo she just took before the shutter releases. We work with her to wait until she hears the trigger sound, but I don't think it's abnormal to expect toddlers to push a button and expect instant results. I still recommend the camera, especially for older kids who can wait a few seconds until they hear the shutter sound to review their photos.
