RAV4 front seat headrests tilted so far forward that I end up looking at my lap and not the windshield. Other lumbar supports are too thick, but this seat back cushion is just what I needed. It fits perfectly into the headrest and hugs the lower back perfectly (which, by the way, isn't open to the back). Right out of the box it looks like it's useless, but once I had it installed (which only took about 2 minutes) and sat in the seat, it supported me exactly where I needed it (in the middle of my back, under my shoulder blades) and just the space I needed (just an inch or two). I also love the fact that the fact that it's air-filled means I can stretch and bend when I'm tensing up in the middle of a long ride, and it moves with me rather than rigidly holding me in place and to hold position. . In addition, the price is right! Highly recommended!
