5 stars for the price.

I installed this on a 2017 Kawasaki Versys 650 LT which is my year round 110 mile per day commuter car. My goal was to reduce the volume of wind noise at highway speeds. I'm 5'11" tall but have a long torso which is probably 6'1" or 6'2" for someone of average proportions. three inches above the top of the spoiler - I only look through when I climb a steep hill Wind gusts are greatly reduced on my helmet (Schuberth C4) I can ride without earplugs (I have bearings, quiet, exhaust) and turn down the volume of the music so that it is the same volume for both sitting still and for 80+ mph works I can ride with my visor open, but the Versys' relatively narrow windshield means there's still a lot of air movement A couple of notes: As other reviews have pointed out, assembly is a bit fiddly, but not overly so Difficult Helpful hint: Dry the assembly and adjust each time before applying thread lock to the terminal screws, then pull out the screws one by one to release Schra Add security when you are happy with the placement. Also, attach the clip to the windshield before attaching the spoiler with the quick release clip. The little strips of metal that the set screws are pressed into (to protect the silicone that actually makes contact with the windshield) could be thicker, but they get the job done. During the movement, you can adjust the step, but not the height. The quick-release lever needs to be fairly tight, and when it's sunk into a groove on the aluminum bracket, I have to use a car key to open it from the back. The optics aren't perfect, but they're not bad. all considering how much the spoiler costs. I wouldn't want to look at him all the time. This spoiler causes severe windshield vibrations at high speed. This is partly due to the additional wind pressure and partly to the extra weight, but mainly because the Versys has a relatively small and flexible display ex works. It's also a lot more noticeable because you can see the aluminum mount vibrating - if it were clear I wouldn't have noticed. It's not enough to feel the steering wheel or the body, and it's not enough to worry about the durability of the windshield. Overall, this spoiler offers good value for money and delivers the desired effect. It's a bit fiddly to install and set up (I drove specifically for this purpose so I could take my time and experiment), but it's so much cheaper that it's the next tier of options that I'm perfectly happy with .

Pros
  • Easy install
Cons
  • Hard to tell
