I bought these for my Club Car Transporter which has the FE350. It was sold with a note that it would only work with the FE350 and not the FE290. I got the carburetor and installed it and no matter what I did or adjusted, it worked like crap. It starts badly and as if there wasn't enough fuel. I took it off, put in my native carb, works fine. So I started thinking about it? There are no part numbers on the box or carburetor. So I had a new carburetor for the FE290 and I took both apart and compared the injectors and anything else I could measure. Lo and behold, they were identical to the FE290 carburetor. Same bolt pattern, same size injectors, etc. So when they choose a carburetor to ship, how do they know they're shipping the right one? I assume they are all the same carbs that they send. But with the FE350, they might charge more money and hope you'll just settle it and not give it back. I actually bought 2 carbs here. So next time I need a carb I'll try it on the FE290 and hopefully it works there. Just not with the return. So with all that said, good luck if you try this.
