GEAR SEAL WON'T STAY IN POSITION / problem solved
I've been using this product for over 5 years and I love it; However, the last tube I got loses the reducer seal in the tube you thread the brush through. I bought it on September 5th and now I can't use it anymore. Help! OK, update now. I was able to use needle nose pliers and put the gear back in place and realized I had to tighten the cap very hard each time to prevent this from happening again.
