I have a connective tissue disorder, so I often use pillows and bolsters to get comfortable when I sleep or lie on the couch. This pillow has become my favorite. No, it's probably uncomfortable to wear around your neck, but it's great for resting your hands on or cradling it between your knees. It creases very little and the fabric not only feels very comfortable but also has enough resistance to keep the pillow from slipping out from under me. I often fall asleep and hug him like a child. I bought a much cheaper version that just doesn't compare.
