A pretty piece, though not sufficiently sturdy in its structure or lacing for more than short term or loose wear.

Tightening to the point it could give me any shape - difficult as the laces are very thin - caused the material to begin buckling. It also fit my admittedly short torso poorly, poking up in places it shouldn't, and not liking to stay put.If you just want a cute overlay piece for a costume, or aren't looking for much shaping, it should be perfectly sufficient, but for most of us at this size, I doubt it would be sturdy enough for shaping or long-term wear.It does seem to run a hair big, both in length and width, which is nice and could be good for comfort if being worn over multiple layers as with many corset-involved costumes.
