These shirts run one size larger than the size shown. If you usually wear XL, buy L. If you need 2XL, then XL is for you. I placed this order for my dad and he wears a size XL, it has been through 3 hot washes and 4 extra high dry cycles and still fits my 2X frame perfectly, even down to sleeve length. So he gave it to me and asked me to order him an L which is perfect for his size XL. While not sure if this applies to the entire size line, it was on two of the shirts I purchased. Otherwise, the shirts are comfortable and look good. One complaint is that these shirts have an "America" tag, leading you to believe they were made in America. That's definitely not true. Don't be fooled if this is a buying factor for you. This item is made in Bangladesh.
