These shirts run one size larger than the size shown. If you usually wear XL, buy L. If you need 2XL, then XL is for you. I placed this order for my dad and he wears a size XL, it has been through 3 hot washes and 4 extra high dry cycles and still fits my 2X frame perfectly, even down to sleeve length. I ordered one of these shirts a few months ago in dark blue (ink). I liked the fit and the quality so much that I ordered a second one in "faded" blue. I was just as pleased with the fit and quality. but I was disappointed with the color in the second order. Judging by the photos, I was expecting a lighter blue.
