Never liked the suction cup attached to the GPS window; it always falls off, and then you usually have to clean the window of residues. I was looking for a non-permanent alternative so I bought this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001ET5O70/ref=oh_details_o01_s00_i01?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and as all reviews say the sucker wins. t stick I also bought these sticky discs to stick to the dash mount. The discs came with an alcohol swab which wasn't even needed as the suction cup from the bag stuck and held amazingly well. I attached the drive to the bracket, attached a suction cup to the drive and placed it on the dashboard to test. Even in direct California sunshine, it stayed in place and held tight. I made a few tight corners and hit a few rough curbs and bumps, but it never bounced. Unbelievable!
