I have nerve problems that bother me when riding a regular one piece saddle. When I first contacted Bi-Saddle I was lucky enough to contact Brick from customer service. We discussed my problems and needs and he sent me a saddle to try. Within a year, Brick provided me with four different saddles so I could try them all at no extra cost. He wants to make sure the customer gets the perfect saddle for their anatomical needs. I would highly recommend Bi-Saddle and cannot say enough about the outstanding customer support.
