Review on πŸŽ’ Density Vintage Rucksack with Compartment - Backpack by Fred Alexander

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Tough and stylish

Advertised as a high density fabric, this vintage backpack does exactly what it says on the tin. The body of the backpack is crafted from durable indigo denim with vegan leather shoulder straps and finished with rawhide piping around the bottom and top flaps of the backpack. Crafted with intricate embroidery on all sides of the bag, the manufacturer seems to have taken care to secure all straps, zippers and links with double and triple stitching. this bag: 2-way zipper on the front pocket prevents the contents from spilling when opened; 2 roomy pockets on either side of the bag and what I would call a hidden zipped pocket on the back of the backpack. My 15" MacBook Pro fits comfortably in the internal laptop compartment and is held in place with a flexible Velcro strap. There is also a small open pocket in the bag, big enough to hold my mouse. If I were to add my own design elements to this bag, it would be the zip compartment inside the bag and the zip closure. to close the bag, as opposed to the drawstring design, but these omissions are personal preference and do not detract from the usefulness and durability of this bag. This is one of those backpacks that I will have for years to come and I would recommend buying it especially for the heavy use and durability. But the bag can also serve as an example of old school style.
