I like that they have an easy to use platform where you can create content in different formats (website posts/blog articles) as well as social media campaigns with ease! The customer service is also very helpful when it comes time to get help or ask questions about features of their product. There are some minor bugs here & there but nothing major - just small things such as not being able to access certain sections within your account if logged into another tab at once. We've been using them since we started our blog so far which has only been 2 months now. They helped us build out all aspects from creating blogs / websites to managing social accounts.
