I love how easy it is for our team members to use. It’s also very powerful so we can do many different things with it. We have been able to improve our business processes and streamline them by using this software. There are some features that could be improved but nothing that really bothers me. Make sure you have someone in your organization who knows how to use this software well. It has become a great tool for us and has helped us improve our business processes and increase our efficiency.

The dashboard has been easy for us as we are able understand our business KPIs in one place which helps easily track them down later when required! There were some minor bugs that caused delays or errors while logging into system but they have now fixed it since then so no issues there anymore!!
