I love how easy it is for our team members to use. It’s also very powerful so we can do many different things with it. We have been able to improve our business processes and streamline them by using this software. There are some features that could be improved but nothing that really bothers me. Make sure you have someone in your organization who knows how to use this software well. It has become a great tool for us and has helped us improve our business processes and increase our efficiency. It gives us a great way to keep our clients updated and engaged about their experience. The software has streamlined our process and made it easy to send out emails and get responses back from clients. They're easy to work with! I haven't had any issues since we started using them. We've been able to save time in communicating with and following up with our clients. Our clients love being able to see their ratings and comments across all of our social media channels.
