We have realized how important it is for us to listen carefully to our clients as we do not know everything about them by simply talking to them or reading documents. There are some things I dislike but nothing significant. Just minor issues like having to go through multiple pages when looking up something from the database. If you're serious about solving your client problems then this tool will be very helpful. The best thing about using local measure is its ability to gather data from various sources so that we get all relevant information which saves time. This allows us to focus more on our core business rather than analyzing random data available online.
