I have been dancing salsa and bachata for many years. I had an ankle injury last year so I had to start wearing Capezio dance shoes instead of my usual suede soled dance shoes. Make the rotation smooth. So I ordered Glides. They arrived quickly and I tried them out in my class last night. Wow! What a big difference! Pairing them with my dance shoes was truly the best of both worlds! My twists and turns were much better and they stayed in place for practice and ballroom dancing afterwards! It's like I got my real dancing shoes back. They seem very sturdy and well made. I will never forget her dancing!
