The customer support has been excellent from beginning to end! They have helped us set up our website properly for SEO purposes as well as building out custom features that we need in order help sell more products through their platform (a la carte items).

I've never had any issues using this service - they are always quick at responding when needed or if there was something wrong during setup process etc., so far it seems like everything works great!! We were able solve all problems quickly by contacting them directly via email rather than waiting days until someone responded over phone call center line which can be very slow sometimes too.
