Even works with 3rd party soundbar
Although it was supposed to have the Spectrum logo, it did have the Time Warner logo. It's cosmetic (but made me spend an extra dollar). It was very easy to set up with my Vizio (a few codes work but not all have all the features). I was surprised that he also found the code for a different brand soundbar we bought a few years ago. The soundbar remote broke and it cost $40 to replace so it was an unexpected surprise!
