Easy system for multiple locations that works great

I like how easy it is when you're working out front, there's no software to open which saves time! You don't have access to anything but an ipad/ipod touch (iOS). It would be nice if they had updated their website so customers could log onto your account to view bills etc without having to download a file. Also being able to update all our employees accounts instead of each person logging themselves off then back on again once logged in would save everyone some stress as well. I do think my issue was addressed though - we are now only required to enter one IP address per day rather than everytime someone enters a data point. Our staff who work outside in cold & wet weather appreciate this because less entry errors occur since they aren’t entering info over different networks / connections every few minutes. The benefits were seen immediately by customer service reps by way of faster response times during peak hours where errors occurred I like how easy it was to use, especially if you have never used an app before! It's very user friendly and has helped me so much by letting my customers know when their bill needs adjusting. The only thing i dislike are some of the features being too complicated (especially those who don't understand them). Try using this first as well because there may be other things we haven't thought of yet but once your comfortable then ask questions!!
