My first use. Comfortable ergonomic handles. It hurts some as others have said, but helps with pain in chronic spasmodic calf muscles. That gave me some relief for a while. How durable? I think this will break down over time. It's also very narrow, and you spread it slightly to target larger muscle groups. I think it will shrink sooner or lose the tightness needed for small areas. It was too wide for my hands! But they worked on the calves and thighs. β¦ 4 out of 5 overall.
